Acceptable use and limits

Do not store or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, content that offers drugs, weapons or other illegal goods, threats, incitement to violence, or material that infringes copyright. Do not use the service for spam, phishing, malware or as general file hosting.

Fair-use limits apply: 2 GB of files per account, up to 200 uploaded files and 60 minutes of voice-memo transcription per 24 hours, documents, images and audio only, and open share links pause after 50 views. Comments are rate-limited.

Anyone can report shared content. We review reports, may block shares or suspend accounts, and give the account holder a statement of reasons where the law requires. Child sexual abuse material is preserved and reported to the police. Contact for notices: [CONTACT EMAIL].

The service

Kolmaspuolisko is a personal second brain: you store notes and files and the service organises and links them automatically. Features may change as the service develops.

You must be at least 16 years old. One account is for one person.

Your content

You own everything you upload. You give us only the rights needed to store, process and show it to you and to people you choose to share it with.

You are responsible for having the right to upload your content and for what you share. Do not store illegal content or use the service to harm others.

Automatic results

Titles, summaries, tags, folders, links, reports and ideas are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Sharing

When you share an item or folder, recipients can read and comment but not edit. Anyone with an 'anyone with link' share can read it until you revoke it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish consumer law.

Ending

You can hibernate or delete your account at any time in your profile. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Changes and law

We will tell you about material changes in advance. Finnish law applies. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
