Adding things

Type or paste in the box at the top and press Save (or Ctrl/Cmd + Enter).

Use Files to attach PDFs, Word files, text, images or audio — or drag them onto the box. Voice records a memo straight from your microphone.

Everything lands in RAW first and is organised within a few seconds.

Folders

Each item has one main folder, which sets its colour, and can also be in extra folders (tap the folder names under “Also in”).

Manage folders lets you rename, recolour, add and remove folders. Removing a folder never deletes items — they move to MISC.

RAW and MISC can't be removed. When enough similar items pile up in RAW, a new folder may be suggested automatically, and “Find homes” proposes folders for items in RAW and MISC.

Connections and re-scan

Related items are linked automatically. Open an item to see its connections and why they were made.

Re-scan re-reads everything to find links and tags missed earlier. It also runs quietly every 30 minutes while you use the app.

Remove a connection with the × button — both items stay, and the same link won't come back.

Graph

Switch to Graph to see items as nodes. Tap a node to open it. Shared items have a ring.

Ideas and reports

Ideas searches by meaning, including archived and forgotten notes, and suggests new sparks.

Reports lets you pick notes or whole folders and create a summary, a report or an idea mix. Save it as a note, download it as Markdown or copy it.

All automatic results can be wrong — check anything important.

Sharing

Share an item from its detail view, or a whole folder from the toolbar. Choose “anyone with link” or a specific account.

Recipients can read and comment but never edit. Revoke a share any time; the link stops working immediately.

Archive and trash

Archive hides old items from daily view but keeps them searchable and linked.

Trash keeps items until you delete them permanently — it never empties itself. Restore puts an item back.

Two-step sign-in

In Profile, set up an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…). After that a 6-digit code is asked at every sign-in.

Lost your phone? Contact us from your contact email and we'll help you reset it.

Language

Choose Suomi, English or Svenska from the language switcher. Newly organised titles, summaries and reports follow your choice.

Leaving

In Profile you can hibernate your account (deleted permanently after 30 days unless you sign in again) or delete everything immediately.

Limits and reporting

Each account has 2 GB of files, up to 200 new files and 60 minutes of voice-memo transcription per 24 hours. Profile shows your current usage.

Only documents, images and audio can be uploaded. Open share links pause after 50 views — press Resume in the share dialog to reopen one.

See something illegal or harmful on a shared page? Use the Report button. Reports of child abuse material pause the link immediately.
